NOTE'S TO PARENT'S

Parents and guardians are requested to affix their specimen signature in the space indicated in the calendar. No other signature will be accepted on the regularity record, report card etc.

Parents are requested to notify the school authorities whenever there is a change in their address or telephone numbers, as recorded in the Identity Certificate.

Parents and guardians are not allowed to see their wards or interview teachers during the school hours.

Parents and guardians are earnestly requested to co-operate with the school authorities regarding rules, lessons, home works, co-curricular activities and character training of their children.

They are requested to interview the principal to discuss the progress of their children by previous appointment.

No school business will be transacted during holidays.

School will not accept from the parents/ guardians books, Tiffin, pencil box etc. for their children during school hours.

They are requested to inculcate in their children regular and punctual attendance.

The parents are requested to provide their children sufficient number of uniform and send them neat and clean.

Any communication (request, complaint, etc.) should be written with full name and address of the parent/ guardian and it should be addressed to the Principal only.

Parents should submit the written application for concession. It is granted to those deserve only. If the concession given students fail, no further concession is given in the next year.

Everyone should buy the uniform, books and copies from school only.
